1. Booking Requests

Submitting a booking form does not constitute an automatically confirmed reservation. Reservations are confirmed only after written acceptance by Sager House.

2. Rates and Taxes

Displayed nightly rates may vary by season. Local tourist taxes or mandatory charges may be billed separately where applicable.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00 unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to respect the property, observe house rules, and report any damage without delay.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation conditions communicated during booking confirmation apply to the reservation and may vary depending on travel dates.

6. Liability

Sager House is not liable for indirect damages, travel interruptions, or losses caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.
